7-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Terms

Effective: July 18, 2026

These terms govern the Time To Build Membership 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee") offered by Noske Creative Pty Ltd ("Noske Creative", "we", "our", or "us"), ABN 40 678 027 051, in connection with the Time To Build Membership ("Membership").

1. The Guarantee

Join Time To Build. If you decide it's not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full.

That's the whole guarantee. You don't need a reason. You don't need to show us any work. A change of mind is enough.

2. How to Request Your Refund

• Email admin@timetobuild.live from the email address you signed up with.
• Your email must be sent within 7 calendar days of your first Membership payment.
• We'll cancel your Membership and refund your payment to your original payment method. Refunds normally arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Scope

• The Guarantee applies to your first payment for a new Time To Build Membership started on or after July 18, 2026.
• It applies once per person. If you use the Guarantee, leave, and later rejoin, the Guarantee does not apply again.
• After your first 7 days, payments are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop all future payments. There are no lock-ins and no contracts.
• The Guarantee covers Membership fees only. It does not cover external tools, ads, contractors, payment processor fees, taxes, or other costs you choose to incur.

4. Members Who Joined Before July 18, 2026

If you joined Time To Build before July 18, 2026, your membership is covered by the 90-Day "You Can't Lose" Guarantee that was in place when you joined. Those terms are archived here: 90-Day Guarantee terms.

5. Legal

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the ACL. This Guarantee is an additional benefit provided by Noske Creative Pty Ltd on top of those rights.

Misuse. We may decline a request where there is evidence of fraud or abuse of the Guarantee (for example, repeated join-refund cycling across accounts, chargebacks lodged instead of a refund request, or material breaches of community rules), acting reasonably.
